Our Services
The Office of Educational Leadership Learning (OELL) is an organization of consultants, researchers, administrators, educators, and practitioners dedicated to educational research, practice, and professional learning. OELL provides evidence-based services, research, consulting, and professional learning for educators across the leadership continuum focused on education leadership. We look to support the state and its districts research and develop informed, diverse, creative, and talented educational leaders in support of meeting the learning needs of students.
Professional Learning Services
We provide a variety of consultant and program development services for school, district, and higher education leaders focused on courageously leading dynamic and innovative learning organizations. This includes collaborations that develop focused professional leadership learning experiences for educators across the leadership continuum.
Microcredentials
OELL offers the opportunity to pursue Microcredentials in specific areas of educational leadership and instruction. OELL Microcredentials are asynchronous, online, self-paced professional learning courses designed to meet the current and future needs of educators.
Program Review
OELL provides comprehensive program review services for schools, districts, colleges, and universities. Our team has the expertise to conduct reviews in a variety of capacities and provide requested deliverables to meet evaluation requirements.
