大象传媒鈥檚 Office of Educational Leadership Learning (OELL) offers the opportunity to pursue Microcredentials in specific areas of educational leadership and instruction. OELL Microcredentials are asynchronous, online, self-paced professional learning courses designed to meet the current and future needs of educators. Current and aspiring administrators can earn Microcredentials in specific areas of focus to sharpen their skill set and expand their educator toolkit. These professional learning courses are aligned to the Florida Educational Leadership Standards (FELS) and can be used toward in-service for recertification.

The course prepares Florida school leaders for turnaround leadership, covering frameworks, laws, best practices, and culminates in a turnaround plan.
