Registering an Account and Scheduling an Appointment with the UCEW

In order to access our appointment scheduling system, please follow the steps below. Individuals with 大象传媒 credentials (students, staff, and faculty) can register an account with WCONLINE to reserve an appointment with the UCEW.听

Review the following guide on how to register an account through the UCEW鈥檚 website and schedule an appointment through WCONLINE.


Accessing the registration portal

  1. Visit the UCEW website at www.fau.edu/ucew
  2. Select 鈥淪chedule Appointment鈥 on the homepage
  3. Review and scroll down to agree to the writing center terms
  4. Select 鈥淐ontinue to Scheduler鈥
  5. Log in with your 大象传媒NET ID credentials
  6. Select 鈥淔irst Visit? Register for an account鈥 through the WCONLINE portal

Registering an account

  1. Complete the registration form with your personal and academic information
  2. Provide your email and create password to access the WCONLINE scheduler
  3. Return to the homepage to log in with your WCONLINE credentials

Scheduling an appointment

  1. Select the campus schedule of your preference
  2. Identify the white box on the schedule to reserve an open appointment
  3. Include the appointment information on the pop-up window
  4. Select 鈥淥nline鈥 or 鈥淚n Person鈥 for your preferred appointment format
  5. Select 鈥淪ave Changes鈥 at the bottom of the window

Accessing your appointment

  1. Visit www.fau.edu/ucew and click 鈥淪chedule an appointment鈥 on the homepage
  2. Log in with your unique credentials and select your preferred campus schedule
  3. On the top of the page, select 鈥淎ppointment Search"
  4. Select the scheduled date and time of your appointment听
  5. Review the existing appointment details on the pop up window
  6. To access the online appointment, scroll down on the existing appointment window and click 鈥淪tart or Join Online Appointment鈥

Editing your appointment details

  1. On the task bar at the top, scroll down to select 鈥淢y Appointments鈥
  2. On the appointment pop-up window, click 鈥淓dit Appointment鈥 or 鈥淎ttach File鈥 to submit additional details or materials to your appointment profile
  3. Select 鈥淪ave Changes鈥 to confirm the changes

Canceling your appointment

  1. On the existing appointment window, scroll down to select 鈥淐ancel Appointment鈥
  2. Select 鈥淵es鈥 or 鈥淣o鈥 to send a confirmation email of your cancelation
  3. Select 鈥淐onfirm Cancelation鈥

Rescheduling your appointment

  1. Once you have canceled your previous appointment, select another white box on the time and date of your new appointment
  2. Complete the appointment details on the pop up window
  3. Select 鈥淪ave Changes鈥 to confirm your new appointment
