Staying Mentally Positive

Nowadays, I can鈥檛 believe how many people struggle to have good mental health which leads to many other problems in their li/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/fe. For me, having good mental health means I have less anxiety and stress, not too worried about anything, having /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/fun, thinking positively, and not letting anything make me /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feel too depressed. Many things allow me to be in this state o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f mind such as being around the right people, doing things rather than just staying in my room, and having a li/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/fe other than studying every second o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f the day. You can tell i/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f you are in a bad state o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f mind i/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f you have a personality change, /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feeling a lot o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f anger or anxiety, /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feeling as i/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f you are isolated /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/from the outside world, thinking o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f risky behavior, and /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feeling too overwhelmed. It may be hard to realize that you are /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feeling such things, but the best indicators are when someone close to you such as your /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/friends or /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/family let you know that they see a change in you. Being in this position, talking to someone can help release a lot o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f emotions.

Sometimes, it is hard being away /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/from my /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/family, but I am easily able to overcome these /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feelings by keeping my mind o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f such things by doing things I love. Fitness has always helped me have great mental health as it is a way /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/for me to connect with other people and get my mind o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f anything that keeps me stressed. Going to the gym, playing intramural sports, or simply hanging out in the burrow with other people helps me laugh and stay positive and keeps me away /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/from things that may be keeping me stressed out. For some reason, a lot o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f people get stressed when they lose a game in intramurals, but at the end o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f the day, it is just a game and you are only playing /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/for a t-shirt.

To be thriving, there is no single de/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/finition that describes what it means to thrive. I /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feel that we must all decide what makes us /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feel like we are thriving. Personally, I /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feel like I'm thriving when I am happy in what I鈥檓 doing and being success/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/ful in whatever I choose to do. At times, it may be stress/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/ful to get to the stage where you /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feel success/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/ful in something you accomplished, but you have to realize that there is always someone out there who is ready to help you achieve your goals. Reaching my goals is something that has always contributed to my mental health, but realizing that the people around are there to help me every step o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f the way has made me think positively about anything that I encounter.

Additionally, to have good mental health, it is important to stay healthy. This means eating right and exercising. I know it is hard to eat in the ca/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feteria, but at times you need to push yoursel/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f to eat rather than staying hungry. I get it, the /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/food was good the /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/first couple o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f weeks, but I guess a lot o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f people have been struggling as well. I have /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/friends who sometimes choose to be hungry rather than eating the stu/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f and they have been losing weight over time and /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/feeling a little depressed and tired more o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/ften. I/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f you are at this point, I encourage you to balance your diet by eating something di/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/ferent every day, rather than just sticking to the same diet. Sometimes, putting /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/food down your throat is a better option than staying hungry the rest o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f the night. It may also bene/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/fit you to buy a mini-re/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/frigerator and stock it up with /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/food so that on days where there is unattractive /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/food, you can use the items in your /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/fridge to make something. I/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f a grocery store is nearby, it is a good way to keep yoursel/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f stocked with /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/food, and walking there can count as a /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/form o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f your daily exercise. In all, doing even some o/thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/f these things will lead to better mental health and I hope you all can /thrive/students/thrive-thursdays/positive-thinking/find a solution to your problem by reading this.
