FIRST & PROUD 2022
Celebrating the success and development of our first-generation college students, the Marketing and Communications team created a campaign for First & Proud Week 2022. Materials included flyers, a social media countdown, t-shirts, and more.

Helping students to hone their inner super powers and become stronger leaders, the iLead 2022 marketing campaign included a PowerPoint template, flyers, an email signature, a dedicated landing page, and more.

HOMECOMING 2022
Homecoming is an annual tradition filled with exciting events throughout the University. The theme for 2022 incorporated social media posts, a large banner, a website, and a wide variety of other materials.

Our team's primary responsibility is to enhance the image, reputation, and visibility of the Division of Student Affairs. We achieve this by centralizing campus marketing campaigns, and collaborating across the University to promote student engagement, delivering well-branded marketing materials that adhere to the University鈥檚 Brand Standards.

Sometimes you need to get the word out quickly... We offer professional, 大象传媒-branded templates that allow you to "Just Add Content" - ensuring your department's correspondence will
look clean and uniform!
New templates have been added to our website, available for any Student Affairs department to utilize, including 8.5" x 11" flyer templates, 11" x 17" flyer templates,
PowerPoint templates, and social media templates.

Full website redesigns were completed for Student Health Services and Military & Veterans Student Success Center, upgrading their departments' webpages to 大象传媒's newest, modern style.

Approximately 9,000 大象传媒 students have been reading our email newsletter each week. Submit a request to have your event, program, or special announcement added!

GET FIT
In collaboration with Owls Care Health Promotion, the Marketing and Communications team created Owl Welcome Packs for new first-year and residential students. The pack consists of fun tools and resources for exploring unique ways to get involved and stay connected on campus!
