Suitable
In partnership with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Suitable integrates NACE鈥檚 research expertise with their engagement technology, offering students valuable insights into their career readiness. Suitable will enable students to assess their progress and understand how prepared they are for the professional world. Through assessments completed by both students and their supervisors, Suitable generates a comprehensive career readiness report. This report highlights strengths, areas for improvement, and how students compare nationally across the eight NACE competencies. By bridging self-assessments with supervisor evaluations, students can identify key growth opportunities and take actionable steps toward career success.
