This is a unique and highly customized program that provides participants with professional hands-on support and personalized attention as students advance towards their Bachelor's degree within four years of their initial freshman enrollment.

• Advanced Course Registration: You will be able to register for all your courses for each term in advance of regular course registrations, guaranteeing you a seat in courses that often reach courseÌýcapacity quickly.
• A Comprehensive Student Success Team: Comprised of a Program Coordinator, Academic Advisor, Pre-Health Advisor and Career Counselor. This team will work collaboratively to assist you with navigating your academic plan of study, career aspirations, and student account.
• Semester Mentorship Meetings with Dr. Rezler:ÌýDr. Rezler serves as Senior Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies in the College of Science. She leads the College of Science and Pre-Health advising teams to help students achieve their academic, career, and timely graduation goals.
• Professionals Networking Events and Showcase: Personalized invitations each semester to networkÌýwith a variety of healthcare and various other professionals to discuss career experiences, shadowingÌýand research opportunities.
• Research Experience Opportunities Workshops: Learn about research opportunities, fellowships,Ìýsummer programs, and research grants currently available with ´óÏó´«Ã½, Florida, in the United States andÌýabroad.
• Semester Career Counselor Meetings: To clarify your career goals, exploring career options, orÌýevaluating occupational settings. In addition to create or polish your resume and cover letter, create aÌýLinkedIn Profile, search for jobs, and internships.
• Invitations to Special Events and Opportunities: Such as Lunch with Dean and networking events with the College of Science Faculty. Throughout the year, you will receive direct emailsÌýto notify you of special events and opportunities extended to Soar in 4 Scholars.
