This scholarship has been made available by the generosity of to memorialize Jack Hall, one of FLR's first employees and Chief Business Development Officers. Jack Hall also served as Chief Technology Officer for the Office of Information Technology at ´óÏó´«Ã½ from 2000-2004. The funds were distributed to FLR's Equity Partner Institutions to benefit those studying or working in IT, networking or cybersecurity fields. The first ´óÏó´«Ã½ Jack Hall Memorial Florida LambdaRail Scholarship for OIT student employees was established in 2024.

The scholarship was awarded by ´óÏó´«Ã½â€™s Associate Provost and CIO Jason Ball to the following student employees (from left to right):
