Biography

Dr. Martinez holds board certifications in Advanced Holistic Nursing (AHN-BC) and Health and Wellness Nurse Coaching (HWNC-BC). With specialized training in HeartMath techniques and mindfulness education, she fosters holistic approaches to enhance the biopsychosocial-spiritual-cultural-environmental well-being and wellness of individuals, families, and communities. Her research centers on comprehensive health practices, empowering individuals and cultivating resilience and intentional wellness in the communities she serves.Ìý
