There are a 2 ways to get ´óÏó´«Ã½ Alerts to your mobile phone. When it comes to alerts, we recommend setting up all possible options!

Option 1: Text messages and/or phone call: Go to the official ´óÏó´«Ã½ Alerts page and follow the instructions based on if you are a Student, Staff and Faculty, or Non-´óÏó´«Ã½ Entity.

How do I turn on notifications on my mobile device?
The general method for turning on nofications varies depending on your device. Below are general steps for turning on notifications for iOS or Android devices. If you are still having issues, you may need to look into specifics for your device, or put in a ticket with the .

iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications, select the MY´óÏó´«Ã½ app and make sure that Allow Notifications is on. Hint: make sure you have opened the app after installing.
Android: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Notifications, select the MY´óÏó´«Ã½ app and make sure that Allow Notifications is on.

I don't have ´óÏó´«Ã½ credentials can I still use MY´óÏó´«Ã½?
Absolutely! Select the Guest experience at the Sign In page to use many of the great features MY´óÏó´«Ã½ has to offer.
To get ´óÏó´«Ã½ credentials, you need to become a student or employee at ´óÏó´«Ã½.
How can I get my ´óÏó´«Ã½ e-mail on my mobile device?
There are a 2 ways to view your mail from your mobile device.

Option 1: Check your mail within MY´óÏó´«Ã½ when you sign in with your ´óÏó´«Ã½ credentials.
Option 2: Use your device's built in mail client. Visit the "E-Mail System" page for instructions and suggested settings.

How do I find my Z Number and other information?
On your My Dashboard page, after signing into MY´óÏó´«Ã½, you will see an Owlsley picture with your name next to it. Just below your name is your Z Number. Below that, you will also see a dropdown called "My Info" which also has your Z Number and other information.
How do I see my items in the My Canvas Widget on My Dashboard?

If you are an active student, this widget will give you a 'bird's eye view' of your Canvas items. But first, you will need to activate it.

How to Access:

  1. Step 1:
    • On first use, your My Canvas widget will have a message saying "To view Canvas..." and a "Connect" button below. This is because Canvas requires you to allow MY´óÏó´«Ã½ access to your Canvas account.
    • Start the process by clicking the "Connect" button.
  1. Step 2:
    • Your dashboard window will refresh and display a Canvas page requesting permission to access your account.
    • Hit the "Authorize" button to grant permission.
    • The page will refresh again, displaying your dashboard with your populated items.

That's it, you've completed your My Canvas setup!

Note: You may have to repeat this process when accessing on a new device.

How do I change my persona or switch my experience?
Tap the User Menu icon in the top corner of the page (the person icon). When the menu opens, you will see a button that says "My Experience". Tab the button to go to a new page where you can select a new experience.
