FLEX WORK ARRANGEMENTS
Flexible (flex) work arrangements (Policy 7.3) may allow eligible 大象传媒 employees to perform the normal, established duties and responsibilities of their positions in alternate ways or schedules from the traditional working day and week and campus location. Carefully planned flexible work arrangements can have many benefits, including increased productivity, competitive recruitment, and retention, improved environmental sustainability and effective space utilization, and streamlined financial efficiency. These benefits aid the University with maintaining vibrant campuses and sites with effective staffing to support students and other key University constituencies.听 Flex work arrangements are not intended to be permanent.
Flexible Work Arrangements are available for all employees except for employees in teaching positions such as:听 Faculty, 听Adjunct 听and听 Graduate Teaching Assistant
