Residential Education Community Coordinators (CC)
The Community Coordinator is a 12-month full-time, live-in staff member supervised by the Assistant Director of Residential Education. 听The Community Coordinator is an integral part of the Residential Education team, which ensures the development of a 450-675 bed residential community that fosters a sense of belonging, learning, and well-being. The Community Coordinator supervises 8-14 Resident Assistants and implements a residential curriculum to promote student learning and engagement. On-call responsibilities on a shared rotation supporting 4,700 residents.

Residential Education Operations Coordinators (OC)
The Operations Coordinator is a 12-month, full-time, live-in staff member supervised by the Assistant Director of Residential Education. 听The Operations Coordinator is an integral part of the Residential Education team, which ensures the development of residential communities that foster a sense of belonging, learning, and well-being. The Operations Coordinator provides leadership for coordinating administrative functions, including but not limited to key control/inventory, processing charges, managing space changes, and coordinating facilities. The Operations Coordinator directly supervises 9-18 Front Desk Staff. On-call responsibilities on a shared rotation supporting 4,700 residents.

Assistant Directors for Residential Education
This position provides leadership, direction, and supervision for the residence facilities in a neighborhood. They are the direct supervisors of HCs and OCs. Additionally some of our Assistant Directors manage our recruitment, training, academic initiatives, and residential student conduct.
