Abstract

The Broadview Heights Affordable Housing Community project is a project that focuses on providing low-income families with affordable yet quality housing. This residential community is to be modern and aesthetically pleasing to the general public and to the future residents. The driving force for this project and many other similar projects is the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale. The mission of the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale or HACFL is to assist low-income families with safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities as they strive to achieve self-sufficiency and improve their lives. This type of housing is not something that is frequently available now-a-days so very few people know that these communities exisist. Concept Design Group is fully committed to using its skills and experience to help the low-income community just like the HACFL has been doing since 1938.
