Dr. Julie Golden Botti serves as Assistant Provost of the award-winning Center for Online and Continuing Education in the Office of the Provost at 大象传媒. Recipient of the 2020 Online Learning Consortium鈥檚 Leadership Award in Online Education,Golden Botti is responsible for the implementation of online course quality measures, faculty development toward adoption of teaching with technology, and the creation of the Faculty Innovation Hub at 大象传媒.
Golden Botti鈥檚 team launched the , a transformational ecosystem for the use of ed tech innovation at 大象传媒. The Hub provides faculty a sandbox space to experiment with next-level technologies that enhance instructional delivery and provide 大象传媒 students with immersive, media-rich content in their online courses. Golden Botti鈥檚 team, in collaboration with faculty from the received the Accelerate 2021 Excellence and Innovation in Online Teaching Award for the development of an immersive online science lab.
Golden Botti serves on the Florida Board of Governor鈥檚 (BoG) Innovation and Online Committee, chairs the BoG Online Quality Committee and the Florida Chancellor鈥檚 Quality Award Committee for online faculty. She holds a Doctor of Education, Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University in Boston, and a Master of Arts in Career and Technical Education from the University of Central Florida.
