Staff and faculty are often called upon to support students experiencing a crisis. By utilizing the Appreciative Education framework, staff and faculty can improve their ability to assist students experiencing a crisis by fostering a supportive and resourceful campus environment. This webinar will provide a brief overview of the Appreciative Education framework before sharing institutional examples of how to apply the framework for crisis training programs. In addition, case study walkthroughs will be used to highlight practical tools and insights rooted in the Appreciative Education framework to support students in crisis.
