The "Leading Challenging Schools" micro-credential equips Florida school leaders with the skills and strategies to confront and transform their school's unique challenges. Participants will engage in confronting their reality, identifying relevant change initiatives, and sustaining these efforts over time. The program emphasizes making professional commitments to drive change across teaching and learning, schoolwide systems and structures, and building robust family, caregiver, and community partnerships. Leaders will also learn to navigate and influence district and state policies, ensuring a comprehensive and sustainable approach to school improvement.
