Siyuan joined the General Accounting department as an Accounting Coordinator in February 2023. Her exceptional performance led to her promotion to Accounting Manager in August 2023, and she was further promoted to Assistant Controller in September 2024.Prior to her role at ´óÏó´«Ã½, she worked as a senior accountant for a public company, where she acquired extensive experience and expertise in general accounting, tax reporting, and financial reporting. Siyuan is currently responsible for general accounting operations and financial reporting at ´óÏó´«Ã½ and ´óÏó´«Ã½ Financial Corporation. She obtained her Master of Accountancy degree from the University of South Dakota.

Diana joined ´óÏó´«Ã½ General Accounting team in January, 2024. Prior to her role at ´óÏó´«Ã½, she was an Accounting Manager in a public firm, where she gained skills in business finance management. Along with experience in healthcare accounting, Diana's passion lies in analyzing, and interpreting account records to compile financial information. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Iowa State University. At ´óÏó´«Ã½, her responsibilities include general accounting operations and financial reporting processes.

Irina joined ´óÏó´«Ã½ General Accounting team in September, 2023. She has professional accounting experience in both public and private sectors. Prior to her role at ´óÏó´«Ã½, Irina was an auditor at Keefe McCullough & Co CPA where she had experience with non-profit entities, employee benefit plans, and private companies. She is a proud graduate of ´óÏó´«Ã½ with a bachelor's degree in business administration majoring in accounting and currently studying for the CPA exams.

Sondra joined the ´óÏó´«Ã½ General Accounting team in August 2024 as an Accounting Coordinator. She is a proud Owl Alumni. Sondra graduated from ´óÏó´«Ã½ in December 2022 with a master's degree in business administration. Before her role here at ´óÏó´«Ã½, she gained experience in the public sector working as a Staff Accountant in the real estate and construction industry. As an accountant, she is driven and enthusiastic to gain new knowledge and expand her skills. In the future, she hopes to pursue further studies and become a certified public accountant.

Prior to her role at ´óÏó´«Ã½, she gained experience in private accounting as a team lead and conducted account analysis for large scale organizations. She has a passion for expanding her knowledge as an accountant and plans to sit for the CPA exam in June 2025. Her responsibilities include ´óÏó´«Ã½ Finance Corporation and Housing financials.Ìý

Krystal joined the General Accounting team in May 2024 as a Quality Assurance Program Manager. Her journey at ´óÏó´«Ã½ began in September 2019 as a Student Account Representative for the Tuition and Billing Services Department. After becoming an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in May 2022, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Accounts Receivable and Collections in February 2023. In December 2023, she graduated from ´óÏó´«Ã½ with her MBA degree. Through her roles and accomplishments at ´óÏó´«Ã½, she has gained excellent communication skills with 3rd party contractors, internal departments as well as students to implement and develop new strategies and procedures. As Krystal aspires to develop more skills related to accounting, financial reporting, and software validation in her new position, her past skills and expertise will continue to develop.
