Jonathan R. Satter is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across private equity, healthcare, financial services, government, and real estate. He is known for building efficient organizations, leading strategic improvements, and developing high-performing teams.

As Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of White Wolf Capital Group, Jonathan oversees global operations and portfolio companies with over 4,000 employees. He drives process optimization, M&A integration, and leadership development, aligning the firm’s operational priorities with its investment goals.
Previously, Jonathan served as Florida’s Secretary of Management, overseeing technology, business operations, and human capital for the enterprise. Appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis and confirmed unanimously by the Florida Senate, he led initiatives that modernized the Florida Retirement System, improved procurement processes, enhanced digital services, achieving billions in savings. He played a pivotal role in the state’s COVID-19 response and was recognized for his leadership by both the Miami Herald and Tampa Tribune.

Jonathan has served under Governors Jeb Bush, Charlie Crist, Rick Scott, and Ron DeSantis, holding roles on task forces and boards focused on economic development and operational efficiency. His bipartisan service reflects a strong record of trust and effective leadership.

Prior to public service, Jonathan spent 18 years building and leading two international real estate organizations, contributing to their expansion and operational growth. These efforts included overseeing M&A initiatives, implementing process improvements, and leveraging data-driven management systems. Both organizations achieved significant exits to investors.

Jonathan holds an MBA from Nova University and a BA from Rollins College. He serves on numerous public and private boards, including Space Florida and Rendina Healthcare, and remains engaged in nonprofit work.
