  • Use ONLY your ´óÏó´«Ã½ email address
  • Complete the form and Submit
  • You will receive notification via your ´óÏó´«Ã½.edu email address

Directed Independent Study ContractÌý

• • Print and fill out contract completely
  • Have professor review, sign and return to you.
