LeRoy Collins Public Ethics Academy (LCPEA) Board Chair, Mr. Merrett Stierheim, has published an article in the March 2020 issue of Public Management.  “” is part of a much larger book, Ethical Leadership in Challenging Times, that was recently completed by Mr. Stierheim and, as the author’s bio on p. 23 of the article notes, the sale proceeds from the book will be donated to the LCPEA Collins Scholarship Program.

“In these very troubling times, it is very uplifting to read of heroic men and women throughout history who met and overcame tremendous ethical and moral challenges,” said Peter Cruise, Ph.D., Executive Director of the LCPEA. “It is even better that we have one of those heroes as our Chair.”
