Picturing Florida: Ellen Harvey and Mark Dean Veca is the result of a program based in Palm Beach County that required participating artists to interact with their community as well as allow their community to influence the results of the work. This would culminate in a public exhibition or performative piece that would yield funds to those artists involved.听
